Any business has goals, targets and budgets. Participants learn more about robust strategic goals and better implementation plans. We review the current market and trends, the competition, company culture, threats and opportunities, business decisions and innovative thinking. This also helps to justify the cost-effectiveness of any budget and the resources available.
On this high-impact course, participants (in small groups) run their own businesses (through a simulation exercise), and then review the reality of some of their strategic decision-making, with relevance to all stakeholders!
